What to Bring to the Workshop
The weather is likely to be very hot in July with temperatures above 32º C during the day. While there is air conditioning in the Monash Prato Centre, some workshop activities will be held outdoors, so please come prepared and dress suitably for very hot weather. Occasionally thunderstorms may occur in the summer months, so rainwear or an umbrella is also advisable.
Bring a hat, sunscreen, refillable water bottle (1l or more capacity), sunglasses and light clothing.
Shoes suitable for walking (note: some walks involve moderately strenuous walking in potentially very hot weather, please let us know if you have any mobility issues).
A laptop or tablet computer as you will need to access on-line material during the workshop (free WiFi is available in the Monash Prato Centre).
Sketchbook, drawing or painting materials.
Cash (Euros) and Credit Card - while most businesses accept card payments, some may still require cash payments, particularly for small purchases.
