ABOUT.

Following a successful event in 2023, SensiLab’s Creative AI team will again be holding a workshop that will explore the creative possibilities of artificial intelligence systems.

This invitation-only, 5 day interdisciplinary workshop will bring together leading researchers, artists and theorists woking on critical issues of co-creation and creativity using Artificial Intelligence.

Based at Monash University’s Prato Centre in the heart of Tuscany, Italy (17km north west of Florence), the workshop will provide a unique opportunity for sustained dialogue, collaboration and research at the intersection of creativity and technology.

THE WORKSHOP.

The workshop will include these activities and events:

  • Keynote talks by leading creative AI researchers

  • Cultural visits in Florence and Prato (reflecting on the history of art and design and the place of new technological advances within creative practices).

  • Writing sessions in breakout groups

  • Panel discussions

  • Live demonstrations and creative performances using current AI technology

REGISTRATION & COST.

Places are limited. If you would like to attend please register your interest.

The workshop fee is AUD$150 (Full price) or AUD$100 (Student rate). This covers the conference dinner and local travel to Florence as part of the workshop.

Attendees are responsible for covering all other travel, accommodation, visa and per diem costs.
